As part of the CS organisation I am leading the consultants and architects in charge of solutioning, onboarding, migrations, integrations and upgrades of the market leader in volume recruitment SaaS.
Being part of the Leadership team of the Dutch Digital Identity Practice and the Identity Impact center in EMEA. As the director responsible for professional services I oversee technology strategy, proposition development, professional services delivery, operations, finance and people strategy & growth. I am responsible for customer success overseeing all (pre-sales till project closure) Digital Identity engagements, and I am responsible for on-budget and on-time delivery of a portfolio of 5M million in one time fees representing 5M in software partner's ARR by leading the engagement managers on their 30+ engagements. I also lead the delivery managers and planners as well as the finance team to ensure operational excellence and predictability. I also act as the escalation channel for all engagement managers and sit in steering committees in the role of senior supplier. Responsible for development and launch of the Cloud based IAM DevOps-as-a-Service proposition into EMEA, and the sale & roll-out to two first EMEA clients. Responsible as a Client Director for the the CIAM DevOps programme at an online bank > 1M ARR. Responsible as the Client Director for the programme at a Digital Identity-as-a-Service Provider (ID&V, Signing) > 1.5MM ARR.
As part of the the leadership team of Everett I designed and implementing the strategy which resulted in Everett being ready for acquisition, in this strategy I was responsible for professionalizing professional services, operations and HR in Everett NL and Everett International. All while selling and running a portfolio of projects and growing the business. In October 2016 Everett was acquired by PwC. A great confirmation and acknowledgment that Everett is the leading party in Identity & Access management. Proud to be part of this Everett team.
I became responsible for the professional services department of Everett . Tasked with delivery, operations, people, knowledge management, pre-sales, proposition development, recruitment, hiring & firing. I also perform as the senior supplier or executive client director in key projects. I started in 2007 leading the Everett India team as the professional services manager after which I joined the management team of Everett NL in 2008 and the management team of Everett International in 2012.
