In addition I am leading efforts to embed AI in PwC’s services and processes. Digital innovation and artificial intelligence are the cornerstones of my professional journey. During my tenure as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, I was instrumental in establishing Digital McKinsey, which has evolved into one of its most significant service lines. Subsequently, I transitioned to New York to assume the role of CEO at Amelia, a pioneering startup that emerged as the global frontrunner in conversational AI technologies. At ABN AMRO I have introduced many new products and services and made the bank one of the leaders in the Netherlands in deploying (gen)AI at scale. My expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, embedded finance, venture capital, fintech, innovation, and strategy. These specialties underscore my comprehensive approach to leadership in the digital age, reflecting a blend of technical acumen, strategic foresight and the ability to lead change.

Head of the ABN AMRO + Techstars Future of Finance Accelerator on behalf of ABN AMRO. This Accelerator supports startups specializing in sustainability, artificial intelligence, digital assets, and FinTech. Since its inception in 2020, we have successfully launched three cohorts of startups. The next cohort is scheduled for September 2024.
