Provided intensive counselling for the mentally ill and disabled within the Disability Employment Services framework to develop vocational skills and access employment options. I delivered comprehensive case management, communicated and networked with other community services. I was supervised by a Clinical Psychologist overseeing accurate initial evaluations and assessments of potential residents. This included the psychological evaluations and testing. Additionally, I moderated and facilitated the self-help groups such as domestic violence and counselling services.
