Ed is a highly experienced industry professional providing proactive business and tax consulting services to asset managers globally. His clients include hedge funds, credit funds, fund-of-funds, family offices, and private equity funds. Driven to build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, Ed focuses intensely on his clients’ needs, offering consultation on structuring, financial products, and business issues they encounter throughout the year. Ed continually adds value to his relationships, providing thoughtful and creative leadership and direction to his clients and engagement teams. Where appropriate, Ed participates on various governance committees for his clients. He holds an advanced degree in taxation and is a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, Ed regularly participates in executive education classes on leadership and innovation. Active in his community, Ed has served as a member of the Chicago American Heart Association’s Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors for Midwest Young Artists Conservatory, CASA of Cook County, and Bridge Communities. He is also a retired long-time member of the Midwest Hedge Funds Care board and a former director of the Hedge Fund Association's Midwest chapter.
