Cricket is one of the world's biggest sports, with more fans than any sport outside football and a calendar crowded by more leagues and competitions than the game can comfortably schedule. What it still lacks is investment infrastructure proportional to its audience, cultural intensity, and global growth potential. That's the gap I work in. I've spent 17+ years operating at the intersection of cricket, sports technology, and capital across five continents. I've run events for the ICC, directed the Cricket All-Stars series at Citi Field, Minute Maid Park, and Dodger Stadium (77,000 tickets, sponsorships from Pepsi, Mastercard, State Farm, Uber), and was a key member of the ACE bid team that secured Major League Cricket. I built SponServe's North American business from zero to double-digit clients before its acquisition by KORE Software, and for the past four years I've worked closely with Kingsmen Sports Enterprises, one of the USA's leading cricket brands, on commercial strategy and growth. I've also advised sports tech startups from seed to scale across multiple markets. Today, I'm Managing Director at NYZ Consulting, Strategic Advisor at Profluence Capital, and a Board Member at Wisden, the most recognised brand in world cricket. My advisory work spans deal sourcing, due diligence, and growth strategy for sports technology and cricket-adjacent assets across North America, Australia, the Middle East, India, and APAC. I'm also writing "The Future of Cricket," a long-form series co-published with Wisden that maps where the sport is headed and, critically, where the capital opportunities sit. The series covers everything from calendar reform and venue economics to growth markets like Nepal and the emerging cricket tech stack. The thread that ties all of this together: I believe cricket is the most structurally undervalued major sport in the world, and the next decade will see a wave of capital, technology, and new IP reshape it. I want to be at the centre of that. Currently exploring: sports investment advisory, cricket and sports tech deal flow, strategic consulting, and co-investment opportunities.
