With a solid foundation in the construction industry, I have developed a strong understanding of quality management principles, specifically within the context of new-build housing, including social housing projects. My background as a qualified painter and decorator has sharpened my attention to detail, and my experience in surveying and roles such as Clerk of Works as well as been an Assistant Site Manager has given me a deep appreciation for quality control and regulatory compliance. Currently working as a Quality Manager I have been able to broaden my expertise across all phases of construction, from the early design stages through to the delivery of a completed project. This has enabled me to develop a comprehensive view of what it takes to ensure that high standards are met consistently on every project.
