      I was Recruited to champion fundraising strategies & growth by strategically developing investor/partner relations with both bilateral and multilateral donors for humanitarian and development programs, Oxfam affiliates, Foundations and charities both regionally & internationally. To date, I have raised over 30 Million Euros, successfully funding livelihoods and humanitarian projects across 10 countries. Furthermore, I am at an advanced stage of securing more than 10 Million Euros which will further bolster the funding of existing & new projects. I also managed to secure a new window for funding in Switzerland for Oxfam which hither to had not been achieved Line manages Three Countries-Burundi, Uganda & DRC with 40 technical staff, Chairs Regional Institutional Funding Group (RIFG) and Country Funding Group (CFG), Quality Assure Project Proposals as well as donor compliance requirements. Presented a report reveal how Govt could seal loopholes in Oil Revenues for Uganda to HE the president of Uganda in October 2018. Met with Senior Advisor to President of DRC introducing International IFI to support new Govt development initiative to restore rural infrastructure in May 2019. Leads operational strategies, oversees internal processes to advise improvements, sets staff performance delivery targets and closely follows performance indicators to actualize performance delivery of more than 50 staff across HECA. Facilitates building of strategic consortiums and strategic engagement with INGOs, Bi/Multilaterals and Governments seeking to invest in specific sectors of common interest to reduce poverty and inequality in the region.
