Created Dashboards, visualizations, and other capabilities using Tibco Spotfire, R and Python to support the Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Specifically I was involved with Quaility, LIMS (Pharma, Environmental, Stability and Cell & Microbiology (CMB)), Back-Order prevention, Inventory Optimization, Logistics, among others. Automated many manual tasks using R and Python running on AWS EC2 instances. Created other capabilities such as daily Newspapers which contained current and forecast sales and consumption quantities, HeatMaps with similar data by type (Pharma, Small Molecule) and then also by Portfolio and Market. Those Newspapers were emailed automatically to those that had subscribed via mail groups. Consolidated data, reports and visualizations across multiple databases and applications, to provide a reliable, single truth for leadership. Some of the consolidations were for Quality (Audits, Observations and Corrective Actions (CAPA)), Backorders / Anticipated Backorders (resulted in a 70% reduction in hours and resources). Responsible for the setup and maintenance of those EC2 instances, S3 buckets and migration towards DevOps using Python and Lambda. And more....
