Ed Luo is currently the Regional Head of Compliance (Americas & Rest of World) at Payoneer. He has more than 14 years of experience in financial crimes and regulatory compliance focusing on BSA/AML and OFAC sanctions compliance. Ed has built and designed compliance programs at fintech companies, including coverage of blockchain technologies and digital/virtual assets. He was formerly the BSA/AML & Sanctions Officer at Paxos, and former Chief Compliance Officer of Fluent Finance. Ed has served in Product and Compliance executive roles at startups and helped develop and design platforms, systems, and solutions related to technology, decentralization, and/or compliance.
