Sr. lead QA test engineer for FC/SAN offerings for Vmware, working with development team to find and verify resolution of bugs found. Duties include manual testing of product, generating test plans, test cases, test reports towards successful GA of product offerings from VMware, Inc. Setup of labs and equiptment, configurations include HA, Clusters, using EMC’s VPLEX clusters, Vmotion, and many other configuration setups. Performed duties as backup management and as lead QA tech for ESX3.x to present M/N product offerings, including VIclient/VSphere, Storage proficiency includes qualifying up to 8GB HBA, “Qlogic, Emulex, against EMC, DS4800 FastT700, FastT900, HP EVA3000, 8100, Clarion CX 320, 340, 380, HDS 95xx, Netapp arrays duties include oversite of NDU to Alua specific requirements of A/A, A/P for Vmware’s HCL storage offerings. Presently QE test lead for “PSA,PDL and APD” Permanent Device Loss and All Paths Down, functionality against most arrays in VMware’s Hardware Compatibility List

(09-04 09-05) QA test engineer for SAN/NAS offerings for Pillar Data Systems. working with development team to find and verify resolution of bugs found. Duties include generating test plans, test cases, test reports towards successful GA of product offerings from Pillar Data Systems. Include lab Setup, server setup and configuration. Setup of various server configuration include Domain controllers, Active Directory administration, and Network administration. Using Sun, EMC, Brocade and McData switches, on Pillar’s Axiom disk storage offerings
and San offerings. Working with development team to find and verify resolution of bugs found. Duties include generating test plans, test cases, test reports towards successful GA of product offerings from AMCC. Include Network Administration, lab and switch configuration and setup.
