Project design and set up of Pilot Plant to increase metal oxide concentration on surface of quarried rock. Design included – calculation of energy balances and use of TurboCad design tool to produce equipment blueprints, main two pieces of equipment being sand screw and rotary drier. Implementation – choice of equipment and components purchased; leading team during construction and overseeing equipment setup. Ongoing involvement in product evaluation and production troubleshooting.
