My career spans industrial research and innovation roles in Germany and the USA, focusing on autonomous systems, AI-driven manufacturing, and human-machine collaboration. Currently, I lead the Autonomous Factory team at Siemens, driving innovation strategy, technology development, as well as organizing the global pilot operations for Industrial Copilot for Operations. I excel in customer engagement, guiding customers every step from first contact to full deployment of new technologies on the shop floor.
