He has extensive expertise in the sale, letting and management of residential property and is well respected for his prowess at land sales and new homes campaigns for some of the area’s best-known property developers including Bloor Homes, A C Lloyd, Linfoot Homes and Spitfire Homes. While perhaps best known for marketing many of Leamington and Warwick’s most attractive town centre homes over the years, his firm also has an excellent reputation for selling extremely fine country properties in Warwickshire’s most attractive villages. Edward is involved at each stage of ehB’s land and new home transactions, from helping identify sites, through design and specification, to sales.
