My career has always been driven by three pillars: healthy leadership, strong governance, and continuous learning. Over more than 30 years, I have held senior management positions — both as an executive and board member — in companies such as Nestlé, Natura, Boticário, LATAM Airlines, and Loungerie, across different countries, contexts, and organizational models — from successions and mergers to turnarounds and restructurings. This experience has allowed me to see organizations from multiple perspectives: as a C-level executive, bearing the responsibility of accountable execution; as a Board Member, supporting shareholders and committees in defining sustainable paths; and as a Mentor, helping executives and entrepreneurs unlock their challenges and maximize their potential. I also dedicate myself to volunteer work, reinforcing my conviction that leadership also means giving back to the society. I have an insatiable hunger for learning — I believe in Lifelong Learning as the foundation for any leader who wants to remain relevant.
