Eduardo Snape holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology and a Master's degree in Systems Auditing. He has specialized training in Innovation, Nonprofit Management, teaching, and multiple certifications in information technology. With over three decades of professional experience, he has combined his technical expertise with leadership, teaching, and a commitment to social and technological development. He is the founder and executive director of Fundación Comunidad DOJO, an organization dedicated to cybersecurity training with an inclusive and socially impactful approach, through which he has helped train over 20,000 people across Latin America. He is also the founder of Remos Consulting, where he serves as the principal consultant, providing advice on cybersecurity, digital transformation, and strategic technology management. Currently, he serves as Chief Technology Officer at the international law firm Galindo, Arias & López (GALA). He is also the co-host of the podcast *Impulso Cyber*, a university professor, technical instructor, and international speaker, having delivered presentations at various forums in Latin America and the United States. In 2021, he was selected to participate in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), an initiative of the United States Department of State, which broadened his global perspective on cybersecurity and international cooperation. He is the self-published author of the book "Domina tu entrevista para ser un ciberanalista: Guía para aspirantes al puesto de Analista de Ciberseguridad Nivel 1", a practical tool for those seeking to enter the world of cybersecurity. He actively participates in organizations such as the Panamanian Association of Law and New Technologies (APANDETEC), the Panamanian Chamber of Technology (CAPATEC), and the Rotary Club of Panama, where he promotes initiatives that encourage the ethical and transformative use of technology.
