Project Manager
- Product Owner for ERP Deployment Services: Enablement: Owner of the global deployment methodologies, enablement services for portfolio demand deployment projects in ASPIRE. Deployment: Oversee the successful deployment of ASPIRE solutions from an IT perspective within key performance indicators (KPIs) including scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Project Leadership & Governance: Lead and supervise deployment deliverables, form and set up deployment IT teams, and oversee their execution and performance. This includes managing projects by bringing together all necessary work packages (e.g., build, test, data migration, authorization, training, OCM) Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure adherence to deployment methodologies and maintain audit readiness for GxP, PMM, and ICFR compliance. Vendor Management: Engage with and manage vendor performance for deployment services. Financial Management: Own and manage IT capability including financials for deployments Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key liaison to Business Initiative Owners and other stakeholders within ASPIRE - Aspire Clinical Supply Chain Management: Initiative Leader and IT deployment leader in managing the supply chain for clinical studies (since March/2024). - Transition Scenario Manager Aspire: Management of transition scenarios in the SAP S/4 Global implementation program, Aspire program (since November/2023). - One Transparency Project (2021-2023): Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the Financial Sustainability Transparency and Reporting project. - Process Mining Team Lead (2020-2023): Leadership of the global Celonis Process Mining team. - HCx Search Tool (2021-2023): Project Manager for the implementation of the search tool. - EMEA Reporting Portal (SAC, BW): Completed Reporting Portal project manager. - ASPIRE A&R Deployment Lead ASIA: Deployment leadership for reporting & analytics for the deployment in the Asia region.
• Leads, plans, manages, and directs sub-projects, small to medium projects, and project teams according to the Project Management standards and overall Roche standards. • Works with other function managers as required to define requirements and cost benefit analysis, to manage/control the project scope, and ensures that the project delivered meets the customer’s needs • Responsible for project budget management, in coordination with line management • Ensures timely and qualitative project delivery on budget to achieve the project’s objectives and benefits • Lead the execution of the detailed project planning (which includes risk management, communication management, cost management, plan management (schedule), quality management, change management, and staffing management, and operations plan) • Prepares and maintains project plans (activities, schedules), and provide regular project status reports • Tracks project progress with respect to schedule, budget, and demonstrated project benefits. • Resolves scope, schedule, resource and financial conflicts. • Drives and delivers project outcomes and transition them to operations. • Manages stakeholders expectations and project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies • Communicates with all stakeholders, management and project team as defined in the project communication plan • Manages external suppliers and contractors as required • Organizes and supervises the appropriate involvement of project resources • Be accountable end to end on the tasks performed and guarantee high level of satisfaction Main Projects: NFE 6.0 Implementation, Ecuador Supply Chain and Sales Process Review, Uruguay New Companie Code, Picking/Packing List Solution for Brazil and CAC, Reporting Currency Change UY, Eletronic Invoice Ecuador, ERP SAP LATAM Mapping Process, PRPA to RIL, Logistic Operator Argentina, Workday implementation in LATAM, e-Commerce Argentina and Peru, New Distribution Setup Peru.
ERP SAP ABAP Team Coordinator LATAM • Design business solutions which optimally support business processes using standard and integrated software. • Coordinate a virtual team of ABAP Developers being the interface between the Functional Specialists and the Software Factory in Poland. • Maintain and support the core business and informatics processes and solutions within a knowledge domain and ensure smooth interface with other areas. • Applies procedures and defined standards to meet current business and technical requirements and leads others in resolution of complex problems. • Innovates and optimizes processes and methods within the domain to meet system or user requirements and develop new functionality • As part of dedicated project and member of the team lead by a project manager, main role is to provide technical leadership to specialist resources on technical issues within the domain on content. • Applies and implements service and process standards and participates in implementation planning. • Observes governance processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ,provide detailed analysis of the operations and escalates areas for improvement, assisting in the implementation and monitoring of solutions • Implements appropriate framework and processes (e.g. ITSM, Summit-D or another professional framework), • Maintains appropriate documentation of tasks, incidents, and activities performed • Develops business/technical critical know-how within area of expertise for the function and is familiar with opinion leaders in the field. • Supports the management leader of the Solution Centre to provide technical input to the operating model processes “Solution Creation” and “Project Initiation”. • Acts as Consultant to the individual Team Heads and Project Managers • Helps establish Informatics standards for System Delivery Specification and Technical System Design • Defines testing strategies for System and User Acceptance tests
