โช Lead, manage and further develop the service organization in Peru and Bolivia, with a team of more than 90 people with three pillars: sales organization, operations, and technical support. โช Achieve results as per objectives agreed with the GM and the Service Division and develop the 3-year growth plan. โช Secure continuous performance improvements at all processes within the Service Division. โช P&L for the Andean Service Business Line, establishing and maintaining a sound pricing policy of service products & parts, direct and through distributors focusing on operations and sales efficiency. โช Implementation of division's strategy, attaining specific strategic targets: use of product ratio, contract development, and new product introduction, giving all products their best chance in the market. โช Enhance customer satisfaction, recognizing and understanding customer needs. โช Ensure solid relationships with key-customers, distributors, and other indirect sales channels.
