Eduardo Velasco is a Private Equity Partner and seasoned board leader with over 20 years of experience investing in and building businesses across Europe, with an active role in international fundraising, working closely with institutional investors across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Chairman of the Board of several portfolio companies, combining strategic vision, operational engagement, and close founder partnership. Before entering L Catterton, Eduardo built a strong foundation in corporate finance at Andersen Corporate Finance and Deloitte in Paris, where he led due diligence, restructuring, and cross-border transaction mandates for major international clients across Europe. He began his career in Mexico, where he founded and managed a financial services consulting firm. Eduardo is Franco-Mexican by background, trilingual in French, English, and Spanish. Mr. Velasco brings more than 25 years of consulting and private equity experience, having managed numerous investment and exit transactions at L Catterton including Polène, SMCP, ba&sh, Ganni, Nutrition & Santé, Micromania, Forte Pharma, etc.
