Led the turnaround from transactional sales to solution sales in cybersecurity space in 2 years with initial sales of $22 million thereby increasing profit for the company by 6% growth YoY in 2016. • Realigned the organization, creating a growth oriented team and no increase in overhead expense also driving Symantec from 50th place in Great Place to Work to 13rd 2015 after a year of work. • Cross-functional management with pre-sales with 6% YoY Growth, services with 20% YoY Growth, and Cybersecurity with 20% YoY Growth in 2016.
MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: • Responsible for Software 3rd Part Software P&L, managing 9 Field Sales Head Counts, two managers and 32 Inside Software TSRs (Technical Sales Representative). • Over 13% growth year over year, with the best contribution margin in Americas in this business. • Managing the strategy and relationship with Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Symantec, Oracle and Citrix. • Brazil recognized by Microsoft, directly to Michael Dell, as a role model in quality and relationship. • Worked as a member of the board in charge of Software Business Transformation that has started 3 years ago covering P&L, MKT sales motion, Business engagement and team transformation.
