I have extensive experience in compiling and assisting to compile External Sector Statistics (Balance of Payments, International Investment Position, External Debt, International Trade in Goods and Services, etc.). I have also participated in the compilation and coordination of other Macroeconomic Statistics (Financial Accounts, Monetary and Securities Statistics, Public Debt, etc.). Also extensive experience as provider of Technical Assistance and lecturer in IMF courses on External Sector Statistics.
Expert missions to Maldives (7), Bolivia (3), Argentina (2) Nicaragua (3) Jordan, Lebanon (2), Ecuador (4), Fiji, Marshall Islands, Mexico, El Salvador (2), Turks and Caicos Islands, Oman, UAE (2), Suriname and British Virgin Islands. Main Lecturer in IMF training courses on External Debt Statistics (8 courses, two of them virtual) on Balance of Payments and International Investment Position (4 courses, one of them virtual) and virtual courses on Cross Border Position Statistics and International Trade in Goods and Services.
