I manage a growing Knowledge Team that delivers research, analytics, and curated knowledge across four program lines, while building innovative tools and partnerships with industry, academia, and policymakers to drive systemic change in sustainable supply chains.

Leading work on impact-focused fundraising, financial innovation for city-scale climate solutions, and the cultivation of high-value alliances with public, private, and philanthropic actors. Driving strategic narrative and positioning to scale transformative CDR pathways in cities worldwide.
As Impact Strategy Advisor at Allcot IO, I lead the strategic development of the Qui Bono Protocol—a decentralized governance and benefit-sharing framework designed to ensure transparent, traceable, and impact-verified climate finance. My work focuses on integrating digital infrastructure (wallets, DIDs, and tokenization) with participatory community governance, ESG-aligned KPIs, and innovative financing models such as carbon-backed microcredits. I support the articulation of these tools with global standards (Verra, ICVCM, SDGs), multilateral institutions, and field-level stakeholders to enable scalable and equitable solutions for climate and biodiversity projects.

Founded and currently lead ASOCLIMA, Ecuador’s national association of climate change and sustainability professionals. ASOCLIMA serves as a collaborative platform for advancing climate action through professional development, policy dialogue, and knowledge exchange. As Co-Chair, I am responsible for strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and institutional partnerships with public agencies, academia, and international organizations. Under my leadership, ASOCLIMA has grown into a recognized voice in national climate governance, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and mobilizing collective intelligence for sustainable development.
