Provide technical assistance to clients in Europe and the Americas, and ensure the successful implementation of customized pre and post-treatment chemical solutions for hot-dip galvanizing and plating processes. Understand client requirements thoroughly, emphasizing cost-efficiency and sustainability, to propose suitable products / solutions. Provide Post-Sales technical assistance, ensuring effectiveness and longevity of their processes. Work closely with the R&D-Lab team to develop new Products meeting emerging demands in the surface treatment industry. Conduct market analysis, monitoring trends and evolving regulations to adapt products and solutions accordingly.
Monitoring of process- and production planning in the chemical production of components for the aerospace, automotive and machine industry Sectors (Passivation and pickling of stainless steel, Anodizing, descaling of titanium. Direct managing of 15 employees). Development of working standards and improvement of operations to optimize productivity (Lean Concept). Design of the shift plans. Establishment, coordination and optimization of process tests in terms of process monitoring. Creation and maintenance of quality-related documents of the area of responsibility according to specifications and customer requirements (compliance with Airbus, Liebherr and other standards) Preparation and support for audits; internal, customers, new certifications, etc. (e.g. NADCAP, Airbus audits)
Control and monitoring of the chemical parameters of the production plants (hard and chromic acid anodizing of aluminum, chromating, passivation of stainless steel, electroless nickel) by analysis in the laboratory. Responsible for the physical laboratory for process monitoring. Tests of corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, coating thickness measurement, hardness testing, etc. Development of analysis and test methods with measuring instruments such as ICP-OES, titrator with autosampler and IC Flex. Participation in the release of new methods, new customer specifications / standards, as well as in projects for internal process optimization.
Daily analysis of the different process production stations through manual titrations, with automatic titrator, ICP and IC. Assistance in the preparation of documentation for audit, and later Certification, NADCAP. Support in the monitoring of processes. Performance of tests for process monitoring.
Assistance in quality control and legal compliance at an environmental level of the activity carried out in the Integral Waste Treatment Plant (Material Recovery, Composting and Energy Recovery). Assistance in the monitoring and control of the Automatic System for Measuring Atmospheric Emissions (AMS) of the Waste Incineration Plant with energy recovery. Performance of laboratory analyses. Assistance in quality control and inspection tasks during the scheduled maintenance stop of the Incineration Plant. Collaboration in the Modification of the Integral Environmental Authorisation.
Student intern in the Pollution Prevention and Control Department. Assistance in the processing of the Autonomous Waste Plan according to state regulations, transposition of European directives, and analysis of Organic Material Management Alternatives in the region.
