• Advise on Commercial Transactions, IP, Public Tenders, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance. • Drafting and review of Service and Consulting Agreements, in connection with events or projects of pharmaceutical companies. • Drafting of legal reports on Promotion, Antitrust and Sale of drugs and medical devices. • Complete legal advice to clinics and private health care establishments. • Advice on commercial campaigns related to the marketing of cosmetic products, medical devices and prescription drugs
• Trainer in the onboarding process for new hires in the area of standards & governance. • Collaboration with the Compliance Officer to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risks in internal procedures. • Quarterly monitoring of interactions with HCPs and HCOs according to the corporate compliance program. • Due diligence evaluation of new third parties and customers, clearing possible red flags upon hire. • Local liaison of the Spanish affiliate for data privacy, including training and records management of privacy breaches at the local level. • Implementation of an assignment profile project, to assign training courses to employees in the company. • Assignment of specific courses and support to employees in the formalization of courses in the system. • Support in the tools of the company, in the creation of activities and in their management in accordance with internal policies, the pharma-industry code and current regulations. • Adaptation to the local framework of the global policies in the areas of interaction with HCPs and HCOs (External Stakeholders Policy Engagement, Conflict of Interests, HCP Support for attendance to 3rd Party Congress or Educational Events, Grants, Donations, Sponsorships). Training to the rest of Departments in these policies. • Attendee to monthly teleconferences with the European teams of Standards & Governance, Compliance and Data Privacy.
