My work sits at the intersection of executive search and talent intelligence. I focus on market mapping, competitive intelligence, and engaging highly sought-after passive talent across consulting, actuarial, producer, and specialized advisory functions. I work closely with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business priorities and evolving market dynamics. Prior to WTW, I supported executive and senior leadership hiring across industries including medical devices at Smith & Nephew.
