Product and technology leader with 20 years of international experience. I build software and data platforms where AI does real work — embedding AI into existing products at scale, and building AI-native tools from the ground up. At ClimateSeed, I co-built the company (a BNP Paribas spin-off) from inception and scaled it after its acquisition by AXA, leading product and technology across a carbon management SaaS platform (300+ enterprise clients) and a carbon credit marketplace handling €10M+ in annual transactions. Recent work has centered on AI on two fronts: building it into our products — an AI classifier for large datasets, an AI-native CDP scoring predictor — and into how we operate, re-architecting software development, testing and delivery around AI. What I bring is breadth: I connect product, technology, go-to-market and pricing — not a narrow product vision, but a full value-creation and value-capture view. I started in financial markets (equity derivatives trading at Société Générale and BBVA), moved into fintech venture-building at BNP Paribas, and have since co-founded two ventures and owned P&L. I lead product and technology across ClimateSeed's B2B software platform and carbon credit marketplace, defining product strategy and turning AI into practical business capabilities. AlterAssets was a BNP Paribas-backed venture builder and technology holding company, created alongside ClimateSeed as part of a single spin-off structure. As a founding team member, I co-built AlterAssets and led the launch of its first venture, ClimateSeed. – Drove product and technology development from early concept to operational deployment – Led a B2B SaaS product for cap-table management, serving private equity and mid-market clients – Structured the early engineering organization and delivery setup
