Head of the HR Department of Webuild Group (former Salini Impregilo) for the construction of the HPP Rogun Dam - 6x600MW project, the tallest dam in the world in Tajikistan. Responsible for over 200 hundred expatriate personnel and over 1500 local employees, from the HR perspective. Ensuring the full compliance with both local legislation and corporate requirements, overseeing the control of all relative gaps.
