Experience: In charge of purchasing items and scheduling items to arrival for a new Boutique Hotel located on Harmony Street, Jonker Walk, Malacca. After the opening of Liu Men Boutique Hotel Melaka. I was assisting the GM and RDM in daily operation. The Boutique Hotel is own by Mamee Double Deck Sdn Bhd where the owners had ventured into the world of Hospitality recently. Liu Men Hotel Melaka is operated by Tauzia Management from Indonesia under the Preference label segment of Tauzia.
Assist in organising data and action plan to improve overall market awareness for the company along studying future market trends.
Establishment : Torii’s concept is a Japanese Yakitori restaurant and whiskey bar located in Bukit Damansara Heights. Torii has a capacity of 68 seats. Opening hours are from 10.30am to late. Duties - Ushering and serving guest and VIP’s. - Interact with customers - Handling reservation calls - Operate POS system
Establishment : Lily Beach is an All-inclusive 5 star beach resort. The island is located at the South of Ari Atoll, Huvahendhoo island. The land stretches 2.5 kilometres and is occupied with beaches, tropical vegetation and its house reef just a few meters away from the shore. Guest are able to select the activities of their choice to make the trip more memorable. The resort has many rooms at its disposal ranging from beach villas to the most prestige Sunset Beach Villa to enjoy breath taking view of the sunset. Duties: - Organize the environment of the resort - Bell Boy - Continuously inspecting furniture - Accommodate guest to respective seatings

The café also provide classes to educate the public on creating their very own snack noodles and cup noodles from scratch. Duties: - Accompany guest to their respective tables. - Constantly checking with the guest. - Explain about the menu if being ask.
