With over 20 years of experience in the real estate / property industry, I have built a strong track record across asset management, property operations, and facility management, having held senior leadership roles at two prominent organisations (i.e. UEM Edgenta Berhad and Selangor Properties Sdn. Bhd.) At UEM Edgenta Berhad’s subsidiary company (2017 - 2021), I led property and facility management advisory services, overseeing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) implementation and digital transformation programmes for a diverse property portfolio of commercial, mixed-development, and residential clients, including the Prime Minister's Office, CIMB, and Bank Negara Malaysia. Since joining Selangor Properties Sdn. Bhd. in December 2021, I have progressed to Deputy Head of Investment Properties (Asset Management Division) within 6 months, reporting directly to the CEO / COO and leading a multidisciplinary team comprising Building Managers, Chargemen, Technicians, Credit Control, and Administration. In this capacity, I oversee the full asset and property management of a premium portfolio comprising Grade A offices, commercial / retail lots, residential, hotel, and car park assets. Notable achievements include the revitalisation of Menara Milenium, the refurbishment & reposition of Kompleks Pejabat Damansara into The Five @ KPD, and the award-winning adaptive reuse of The Crescent into The Stories of Taman Tunku. My expertise includes asset strategy, asset enhancement initiatives, leasing and tenancy management, budget and OPEX management, vendor management, and JMB/MC formation, management and governance. I hold an MBA. I’m a Registered Property Manager with BOVAEP / LPEPH, and a certified trainer specializing in the Strata Management Act (SMA) 2013.
