I am a matriculating nursing student at the National University of Singapore, moving into the healthcare sector after a background in aviation. While the fields are different, they both focus on the same thing: staying calm and precise when the pressure is on. My studies in aviation safety and airport systems gave me a solid technical foundation, and Iβve always enjoyed the challenge of keeping things organised, whether that was handling data or leading my club. Years of competitive volleyball and taekwondo also taught me a lot about discipline and being a reliable teammate. Iβm looking forward to bringing that same focus to my clinical training at NUS, combining a practical, organised approach with a genuine commitment to helping people.

Replaced manual data entry processes with streamlined digital scanning and tracking to enhance data accuracy and operational speed. Integrated advanced technology into previously manual cargo build-up and route tracking workflows to improve real-time visibility. Independently developed an in-house interactive dashboard to provide management with a visual overview of cargo performance and operational metrics. Conducted an in-depth root-cause analysis project to identify why cargo was being over-carried, presenting strategic solutions to executive leadership. Identified operational bottlenecks associated with cargo loading errors and delays. Implemented process enhancements designed to bolster flight departure punctuality by minimising cargo-related delays.
