Working within the APAC region, the need to manage the Head Office and multiple sites is not only challenging, it is highly rewarding when I complete tasks and incidents successfully. Utilizing priority to urgency matrix's, i often have to multitask throughout the day. • Technical account managing is required for my role, managing 28 sites and roughly 700 users whom Iimanage on a day to day basis. • Call logging and management of tickets within SLA period using Remedy. • Hardware break fixes, software issues are resolved in fashionable time. • Supporting Windows 7 and Windows 8.1/10 O/S • Outlook, PST and EV support. • iDevice support - Itunes and Exchange setups. Troubleshooting. • Support sites as far as Tamworth, Portland, Penrith, MacArthur to name a few. • Site setups such as installing full networks and rack mounting, patching, phones, and testing. • Printer configurations such as Scan to email, Scan to Folder through administration and SMTP.
