Government Cybersecurity Operations Centre (GCSOC) As an engagement manager for multiple ministries, I have successfully migrated 311 systems to update and facilitate transition of Agencies security monitoring. This leads to a seamless integration of agency systems with GCSOC and increased visibility of agency’s security events. Led the technical onboarding of 21 agencies involving troubleshooting, successful engagement and execution of technical planning, guidance and deployment. The successful onboarding helps agencies to respond quicker to real threats and reduces false positives thus saving precious resources and reduces man-hour effort to investigate.
