As a Registered Nurse, I have worked in environments where systems, processes, and tools directly influence people's experiences and outcomes. Currently working as a Product Manager at Kris Climax Homes Ltd, where I am beginning to support the development of structured product processes within a real estate startup environment. As a Nurse Intern at the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu, I gained hands-on experience in specialized orthopaedic, trauma, and surgical care within a fast-paced clinical environment. I worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across various departments. During my internship, I: Assisted in the care and rehabilitation of patients with fractures, burns, and post-operative conditions. Supported surgical teams in pre- and post-operative management, wound care, and pain control. Participated actively in emergency care, including triage, resuscitation, and trauma stabilization. Ensured accurate documentation and maintained strict adherence to infection prevention protocols. Educated patients and their families on recovery, wound care, and safe use of mobility aids.
