•Account Manager • Support for new and existing customers • Hired for the DACH region, but sales in Europe are very opportunity-driven, "everywhere" where there is a lead, I have been "used", e.g. in Middle East, Eastern Europe, became Benelux, responsible for sales for EMEA • Generation of new customers and support for existing customers, focus on medium-sized customers also, enterprise business - 70% software / 30% hardware • Biggest deal, ~ 1.2 million EUR: EU project, bringing IT security of Romanian schools and universities to EU standards, sales cycle approx. 11 months • Also been responsible for building channel, deals are passed on to resellers, but I accompany the projects • Pre-sales support from the 2nd meeting with the customer
