Graduate of Boston College, with a double concentration in Management and Leadership, and General Management for Marketing and Operations Management from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management, along with a minor in Ancient Civilizations. Currently, I am an HR Intern at Kura Oncology and the Vice President of Finance for the Eagle Institute for Global Affairs and Leadership, along with maintaining my role at Live Nation Entertainment.
Organize, manage, and track a five-figure budget for all transactions. Assist the CFO in overseeing the financial accounts, communicating with the conference center, and merchandising. Annually file government forms to maintain 501(c)(3) non-profit status, and contribute to wider company goals at corporate meetings.
Lead the volunteering department, collaborating with high school administrations across the greater Boston area to teach civics and Model United Nations, to foster civic engagement, and to develop global citizens. Expand the EGLI network by engaging new schools and sustaining relationships with existing partners. Create educational materials, including flyers and presentations, to support students in delivering effective Model UN instruction. Prepare students to compete in EagleMUNC, a nationally recognized, internationally attended high school Model United Nations conference held each spring.
Oversaw the business and operations for a nationally recognized, internationally attended Model United Nations conference serving 600+ high school students. Managed a five-figure organizational budget and coordinated all logistical components, including supervising Finance and Public Relations; Curated Instagram and TikTok content, primarily utilizing Canva Pro; Promoted conference engagement, ex. coordinating merchandise; Communicated with high school advisors to facilitate conference registration and invoicing; Maintained the organization's website and social media presence; and collaborated with a team of two Deputies, numerous staffers, and 100+ volunteers.
Greet and assist guests, manage crowd flow, and optimize safety and productivity before, during, and after the show. Provide information about logistics, amenities, and emergency procedures, guaranteeing attendees are informed and comfortable. Accommodate people with disabilities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Provided individualized academic support to Division I student-athletes across multiple subjects. Developed personalized study strategies and time management plans to optimize academic performance while meeting NCAA eligibility requirements. Maintained confidentiality and professionalism while fostering supportive and motivational relationships with student-athletes.
Created and maintained an electronic archive of departmental materials and yearly tasks and activities scheduled. Organized lists of the departments offered majors and minors, and events; planned curriculum for current and future semesters. Collaborated with other departments to promote student engagement.
