Since working my first Sales and Customer service representative roles, I knew that helping customers find solutions is the core of my career goals. Two decades later after gaining skills in Salesforce CRM, Digital Marketing, Business Analyst, Project Management and Product Management my passion has immensely grown. Today I want to educate prospective clients, current clients or anyone seeking assistance learn about products and services that help them excel personally and professionally. My purpose in this life is self develop and also help others succeed. I have and still apply to roles I don't completely qualify for because I take great value in the challenge. In some cases this resulted in my working towards a new certification or skil. Ensure company receives payments for products and services and record transactions accordingly. Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating leads for Sales and Retention team, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Front line of support for clients and customers and help ensure users are satisfied with products, services, and features. Supports users by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Calculating and collecting payments for products and services; updating data, developing payment plans, and preparing invoices.
