Built and continue to expand the security program at Littelfuse addressing this tier 1 risk at the company which is part of the Board of Directors quarterly update. Preparing the organization for SAP S4/HANA journey. Developed Global Distribution IT strategy to enable industry best business process including “zero defect” labeling solution and Pack validation and a unique best in class cross docking strategy to avoid multiple handling and speed up distribution process For the largest M&A to date, approximately 35% of revenue, managing multiple ERP (such as Oracle, JDE, Sage & Navision) and related system environments through integration. Managed the successful M&A IT integration of a carve out business that was approximately 30% of the size of the company in less than 7 months onto SAP, Concur and Workday which included 3 factories and 2 warehouses located throughout Asia.
