Setup SAP application center of excellence combining global expertise from three regional SAP instances. Responsible for the global collection of ERP systems, including BaaN, AX, and Kingdee. Driving estimated $600M automotive product divestiture / separation strategy for IT. Driving digital transformation with focus on an E-commence strategy. Drove the setup and continuous improvement Business Relationship Management model.
Littelfuse is a global $1.6 Billion electronics and automotive component manufacturing company focused on circuit protection whose customers include HP, Ford, GM, and other large corporate entities. Managed the constant evolution of information security, application and infrastructure changes as a result of 11 significant global acquisitions since 2011. Built and continue to expand the security program at Littelfuse addressing this tier 1 risk at the company which is part of the Board of Directors quarterly update. Preparing the organization for SAP S4/HANA journey. Developed Global Distribution IT strategy to enable industry best business process including “zero defect” labeling solution and Pack validation and a unique best in class cross docking strategy to avoid multiple handling and speed up distribution process For the largest M&A to date, approximately 35% of revenue, managing multiple ERP (such as Oracle, JDE, Sage & Navision) and related system environments through integration. Managed the successful M&A IT integration of a carve out business that was approximately 30% of the size of the company in less than 7 months onto SAP, Concur and Workday which included 3 factories and 2 warehouses located throughout Asia. Executing on talent management, drove the overall IT employee satisfaction score to 8+ out of 1 to 10. Built and responsible for bringing lean 6 sigma into IT office environment. Built IT PMO office and helped create the company integration management office. Co-managed 1/3 rd. of the company through a legal reorganization. Basically, restructured half of the SAP transaction and reporting data. Continued SAP rollouts in countries such as Italy, Germany and Lithuania.
Since 2002, have increased SAP site implementations from an average of 2 to 4 per year. In addition, effort on SAP implementations have decreased by 50%. Have implemented SAP in Korea, China, Japan, and for various acquisitions since 2005. Continued to be involved with SAP’s user group and specifically have co-lead the Project Management special interest and Supply Chain groups. Involvement included a number of presentations at national and regional events. Negotiated the mySAP upgrade purchase for Littelfuse and since upgraded to version 5. Performed IT integration management for a number of acquisitions with global footprints addressing sales, distribution and manufacturing activities. SAP activity including SD. MM, PP, QM and FICO modules. Seeded digital marketing group which has expanded to a full department. Implemented ASCII capabilities and migrated SAP away from the AS400 platform. Implemented a global labeling/lot tracing capability using SAP’s NetWeaver product to allow for the printing of customer labels from any global location at any time. Implemented SAP’s Business Warehouse tool.
Implemented SAP at our Singapore and Netherlands sales and distribution sites and Philippines factory and warehouse operation. All implementations met implementation success criteria. Continue to successfully deliver on business strategy results by implementing common processes and systems worldwide. Oversaw a North American warehouse consolidation project using SAP and RF. This project was implemented on time and under budget, with no impacts to the business once the original project management team was changed. Was assigned the responsibility for all company EDI management. Reduced the team from 3 to 2 staff people. Have doubled the volume of transactions and trading partners since. Since 2001, have kept the company systems current on software versions and patches. Was assigned the responsibilities for all SAP master data and security management.
