- Supervise the department of project management (11 people) to ensure team efficiency and client satisfaction on the delivered products such as financial translation, editing and copywriting, of all business units. - Establish strong relationships with client; explore business opportunities and prepare sales proposals and materials. - Hands-on regular duties such as customers services, allocate in-house translation resource, arrange team manpower and schedule, quality control and coaching to subordinate. - Manage the effectiveness of multinational freelance vendors (including translators, editors, copywriter etc.) - Utilise and explore in CAT tool to improve workflow and efficiency. - Work closely with sales, operation and finance departments to ensure smooth operational process. - Regular report to senior management and come up with new business insights and strategy.
- Follow up print advertisements, promotional products, I-pad apps and annual reports from listed companies. - Serve with professionals such as lawyers, banker and company secretary during the production of financial documents. - Coordinate various parties such as designers, translator and printer etc. - Check and proofread printed products. - Monitor the project schedule and logistic arrangement.
