Role Overview Appointed as Country Manager & General Manager for Greenville LNG Congo operations, responsible for the full establishment, development, and operational leadership of the company’s LNG, CNG, and gas distribution activities in the DRC, in partnership with or suplier and local client. Mandated to build the entire country organization from zero to full operational readiness within 24 months. Key Responsibilities Full country P&L responsibility Establishment of Greenville Congo legal entity, offices, logistics base, and staffing Strategic development of LNG / CNG importation and distribution chain between Matadi and Kinshasa Lead partnership coordination with Perenco, government bodies, and port authorities Oversight of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of: LNG storage Regasification units Power generation gas supply systems Development of local and international procurement network Recruitment and management of expatriates and local staff Creation of logistics corridor (port → road → storage → clients) Regulatory compliance with Ministry of Hydrocarbons, Transport, Environment Contract negotiation with suppliers, transporters, and clients Implementation of HSE, QA/QC, and operational procedures to international standards Direct reporting to Group Executive Management (Nigeria HQ) Major Achievements Setup of country operations framework from greenfield stage Negotiation and structuring of gas importation model with strategic partners Establishment of logistics and supply chain between Matadi port and Kinshasa Development of operational readiness plan for gas distribution network Structured organization chart and recruitment plan for country operations Secured government alignment and operational authorizations
Project: Rehabilitation of the Kariba Dam & reshaping the plunge pool and the fault treatment. Dredging 130.000 m3 of Zambia riverbed. Rock excavation reshaping the plunge pool: 750.000m3. Caisson installation: eight caissons of 2000t to create the coffer dam.
The purpose of this contract is to carry out, on behalf of the Zambezi River Authority (ZRA), stabilization , Reshaping work on the Plunge pool of the Kariba dam, located on the Zambezi River, the natural border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Tortue project BP The marine hub to be built will host the liquefaction vessel for gas produced offshore, this hub will be located 10 km off Saint Louis, and it will consist of giant caissons manufactured in Dakar resting on an underwater dike between senegal and mauritania. The underwater dike is made up of quarry materials (around 2,500,000 T) Most of these materials will be produced in quarries in Mauritania; another part will be imported from Europe A first Subcontractor is in charge, with its specialized vessels, of procuring these materials and installing them on site The second subcontractor is responsible for the maritime transport of non-Mauritanian materials to Nouadhibu, to transship them in a transfer ship which ship will load the ships of the first subcontractor
