Tempe, Arizona, United States
I am an Army Combat Veteran, Electrician, Small business owner, and life-long advocate for U.S. Veterans & Military support services. Currently, I assist veterans and military service members and their families experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives, provide shelter, and connect them to veteran services that will help them live independently. Another life long learning hobby of mine is Electricity, I enjoy being part of the Electrical trade. I am a self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and habitually find myself as a problem solver. After serving five years as a Combat 'Sapper' Engineer overseas with the U.S. Army I later moved to Tempe, Arizona in 2014. I have an extensive background in academia before and after my military service. As a late bloomer I completed my Masters in Law and took part in Arizona State University doctoral research program focusing on veteran & military transitioning out of USAF Luke Air Force base. After overcoming mental & physical challenges (military service connected) and financial losses due to Coronavirus pandemic in 2020; my inner power resiliency kicked into high gear in 2021. Post-Covid I continue to grow in my current trade while assisting my Veteran community in helping others that are less fortunate and in need. With that, I live by my personal motto "the day I stop learning, is the day I die.” I continue to learn and grow as a human, spiritually and as a professional. Most recent work has been as an Electrician with IBEW International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. I had the privilege and opportunity to help build Chemical fabs, water treatment plants / RO, Semiconductor Chip plants, Data Centers, and Steel Industrial plants. While balancing between work, family and personal well-being I am humble for every opportunity and person I meet along my journey in life. I am a firm believer in living life to the fullest and making every second count. Today I have launched a book writing and mobile App development venture called "Loteria LLC." Based on a Mexican traditional 'Bingo' game the goal is to interweave e-commerce, creative writing and technological innovation for Mexican Latin-American businesses.
