Defining & setting the strategic development of key accommodation accounts for LateRooms, Superbreak & the Malvern Single Platform in line with business objectives. I worked closely with our most premium accounts to protect & grow relationships through close account management & identification of future growth opportunities. I led, managed & developed a team of Account Managers & Market Executives ensuring stretching targets were in place and met in line with business objectives. This role involved significant dialogue & strategic planning with my Product Management peers as well as senior key stakeholders to ensure that all key account activity was optimised whilst embedding a culture enabling continuous improvement to occur.
I worked towards developing and maintaining excellent relationships with premium Key Account hotel contacts across a large portfolio of designated accounts and internal customers. Leveraging partner relationships to obtain mutual benefits and deliver key account successes was pivotal to my role along with the ability to be able to evaluate account performance, work towards continuous improvement and present back to external partners in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's).
