I work with companies to revolutionize how they work with the most basic building block of business: the contract. My team focuses on leveraging Ironclad's AI tools, especially Jurist, to make contract negotiation faster, more cost-effective, and more consistent while leveraging human judgment at precisely the right points, reducing risk, and ensuring predictable results. We work to make sure customers are happy and never see contracts the same way again. My backgrounds in many years of software development, thirteen years practicing law, and starting and operating several small businesses help me to appreciate the needs of our customers and devise solutions that will speed up their businesses, reduce risks, improve profitability, and ultimately make life better.
I am building and managing a team of Legal AI Specialists to accelerate delivery of services related to Ironclad's AI offerings. Our Legal AI Specialists are individuals with a legal background—at least a J.D. or equivalent degree, plus relevant experience—who can help our customers adopt our AI tools and act as a go-between for our customers and our engineering, product, and design teams. In this role, I manage the day-to-day activities of my team members, hire new team members, and work with the other leaders of our Customer Outcomes organization on recruiting, project staffing, and a variety of internal initiatives. My team has roles both in the delivery of professional services and in post-implementation customer success, so we work cross-functionally with our Professional Services, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Legal, Legal Ops, and other teams to drive a variety of internal initiatives ranging from product design to long-term customer success, community engagement, and more.
I manage a professional services team of Legal Engineers (implementation consultants). Our Legal Engineers engage with customers of all sizes to implement Ironclad’s products, advise customers on best practices, and more. In this role, I manage the day-to-day activities of my team members, hire new team members, and work with the other leaders of our Professional Services organization on recruiting, project staffing, and a variety of internal initiatives. I also work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Legal Ops, Customer Success, and other functions to drive a variety of internal initiatives ranging from product design to long-term customer success, community engagement, and more.
I work directly with Ironclad’s largest customers and most complex implementations and with our EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) teams to transform businesses using Ironclad’s platform. In addition to leading implementations of our products, I am tasked with discovering and distilling best practices and process improvements and enabling and mentoring our implementation experts on the same. I operate at the departmental level and cross-functionally to ensure the best results for our customers and to help shape the ongoing development of our products.
I focused my practice on developing and implementing software platforms to facilitate and improve the practice of law. I also had an active practice handling complex legal matters and caseloads, particularly in the areas of mass tort, intellectual property, and trade secrets.
We offered an ecommerce platform for sellers and manufacturers of customizable products. I founded Cereblitz to provide a shopping cart solution for sellers and manufacturers of customizable products. It was much more than that, though, allowing businesses to run their website, back-end accounting and fulfillment, and much more. Typically, selling customizable products online requires spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop a custom website and storefront. Cereblitz let you get the same results for a tiny fraction of the cost.
