For leaders and professionals navigating decisive moments in their careers, engagement typically begins with a strategic conversation. My background is in recruitment and executive search, where I have conducted over 10,000 interviews since 2007. This experience has given me a deep understanding of leadership hiring, talent dynamics, and career transitions. After interviewing leaders and professionals across industries for nearly two decades, I developed a strong pattern recognition around leadership trajectories, decision-making dynamics, and career turning points. This perspective allows me to look beyond surface narratives and identify the structural forces shaping careers and talent decisions. Today I work as a Principal Consultant, advising organizations and senior professionals on leadership positioning, international career moves, and strategic talent decisions. My work sits at the intersection of strategic workforce advisory and leadership transition consulting. Most engagements involve mid-to-senior professionals and emerging leaders navigating complex career transitions. This practice is designed for leaders and professionals navigating decisive moments — executive transitions, organizational restructuring, first-time leadership responsibilities, or complex career redefinitions where shortcuts are not an option. Engagements include strategic career design, leadership and workforce transition advisory, assessment, and organizational change initiatives. The work is context-driven, moving naturally between individual advisory engagements and broader organizational dynamics when needed. My approach is grounded in careful observation, deep listening, and long-term thinking developed through years of interviewing and advising leaders across industries. Rather than offering prescriptive answers, I focus on helping individuals and organizations clarify the underlying dynamics of their decisions and navigate complex transitions with clarity and sound judgment. Quick fixes, ready-made formulas, and transactional engagements are intentionally avoided. This is not operational CV preparation or formulaic coaching, but strategic transition work built on judgment, experience, and thoughtful dialogue.
