• Forecasting monthly sales volumes for key accounts, analyzing sales trends, and assessing the demands of inserts, special pack activities, and sales teams. • Guaranteeing supply availability to completely fulfill all customer orders and overseeing the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle in line with key performance indicators (KPIs). • Administering co-packer operations for products that do not possess in-house production capability. • Managing account and product master data for primary customers, while implementing Electronic Data Interchange systems for online order processing. • Facilitating the end-to-end order process and ensuring customer engagement by establishing effective collaboration across sales, marketing, supply, and procurement departments. • Identifying distribution flows of key customers and defining optimal sources for product-customer combinations based on transportation cost efficiency (Customer Supply Network Planning). • Developing customer-centric projects, including on-shelf availability and customer warehouse replenishment (CMI), while also measuring in-store availability. • Assessing service levels and maintaining strong customer relationships; identifying the root causes of poor service levels and implementing appropriate corrective actions. • Establishing service level parameters with customers, including operating model, order lead times, order sizes, etc., to operate the business effectively. • Conducting periodic customer visits for balanced scorecard tracking and alignment. • Leading company-wide Digital Technologies projects in the area of Order Management, Logistics, and Customer Collaboration. • Monitoring and improving processes related to on-shelf and in-store product availability.
- Having a role in supplying production parts and spare parts globally -Determining the needs of parts considering their lead times (MRP) -Creating purchase orders over the SAP system and sending them to suppliers -Receiving order confirmations from suppliers and negotiating with them in case of any incompatibility -Folllowing delivery dates of the orders not to cause any delay and organizing mode of transport considering urgency -Running MIP on SAP every 2 weeks period and opening orders for domestic raw materials -Preparing reports after MIP running for open orders which should be needed to pulled forward, postponed or canceled -Reporting causes of missing vehicles monthly -Following process development for running MIP -Performing some operational works related changing order parameters on SAP. -Member of new project of scheduling
