Providing training to new users for the afm equipment within the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, developing new strategies to improve the equipment and the working area.
Between 2019-2020, I worked on my project involving the production of composite bone tissue scaffolds in Lipid and Biocomposite Laboratory at Yildiz Technical University. The project was funded by TUBITAK within the scope of 2209-A - Research Project Support Program for Undergraduate Students. Project number: 1919B011903323.
I was found in the manufacturing process of a wide range of products in sterile and non-sterile forms, including liquids, semi-solids, solids, inhalation products, solid oncology, liquid oncology, animal health products and active pharmaceutical ingredients. I got involved in qualification of sterile / non-sterile equipments, systems and maping of cold room. Also, I learned a lot about the Validation/Qualification documentation for System, Equipment, Device (Autoclave, Stability Cabinets etc.), Cleaning and Process.
