•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. •Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations. •Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various roles. •Address client concerns and requirements to ensure alignment with hiring goals. •Follow up with applicants to maintain engagement and ensure smooth onboarding. •Provide clients with regular updates on candidate progress until site deployment. •Conduct client visits from time to time. •Perform other related tasks as assigned to support recruitment and client needs.
