I did three things at Vow: 1. Led the regulatory project to get Vow approved to sell cultured meat (4th in the world) by the Singapore Food Agency. Presented findings at a UN FAO Special Committee in Shanghai, China. 2. Project managed the build out of the world's largest operational cultured meat facility (40kL). 3. Built and hired my own BizOps team.
