Attention is hard to earn. Trust is harder. And most leaders are nowhere near as effective as they need to be when they speak. Not because they lack intelligence.Because they haven’t learned how to truly engage. That is what I do. I help leaders and teams communicate with clarity, confidence and impact. I’m a BBC broadcaster, keynote speaker, event host and creator of ENGAGED — a practical communication framework built from 25 years of live broadcasting, live events and real-time audience connection. I’ve spent my career learning what makes people listen, what builds trust fast and what makes a message land when the pressure is on. Now I bring that experience to organisations, conferences and leadership teams that want their people to communicate better in the moments that matter most: • on stage• in meetings• in presentations• in internal communications• in client conversations• under pressure My work helps people hold attention, lead with more presence, connect more genuinely and make their message stick. I do that through keynote speaking, leadership communication training and high-impact event hosting. If your leaders need to inspire more confidence, your teams need to communicate more effectively, or your event needs someone who can truly hold a room, let’s talk.
