I have a wide range of experiences, from roles within the private, public, voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors. I have extensive programme management experience, as well as many years of experience in directly supporting social enterprises and charities to develop and grow. My professional experience ranges from developing and sustaining professional networks to designing, delivering and managing multi-million pound funding and support programmes for community owned businesses.
Co-founder of Tech4Good Bristol in 2016, which merged with Tech4Good Bath to become Tech4Good South West in 2017. Tech4Good South West is a community of people across the South West driving technology for good through bringing people together, sharing knowledge and ideas, matching needs with skills, and creating space to innovate.
Supporting the organisation to redefine its' mission after a significant re-structure. This role operated within the senior leadership team. This included: - designing and implementing a new operating model - developing an approach to our Knowledge and Information Management - designing and implementing new ways of working related to decision making, team structures, innovation, learning and development
- Managed a £5million capacity strengthening programme for community businesses, focused on digital and climate and sustainability. - Managed a team of 14 people
Managing two of Power to Change's programmes: Bright Ideas fund (£2 million annual spend): Supporting the growth of start up Community Businesses (CB) across England. Peer Brokerage (£500,000 annual spend): An innovative peer to peer approach to support capacity strengthening of community businesses. Managing a cohort of 24 community business leaders.

A non-profit University of Bath start-up, linked to the Centre for Development Studies, specialising in applied social research in the domestic and international development sectors. Bath SDR specialises in supporting organisations understand their contribution to change through the QuIP - Qualitative Impact Assessment Protocol. QuIP is an innovative approach to measuring the true social impacts of development interventions. Clients include Self Help Africa, Oxfam GB, Diageo, Acumen, Tearfund and Habitat for Humanity.
