Tilman Eckloff is Professor of Social Psychology at Business & Law School Berlin and an independent consultant, trainer, writer and lecturer in the field of leadership, communication, conflict and cooperation. His company, re|spic|ere serves a variety of clients in the public and private sectors in Germany and abroad. Tilman’s background in academia as well as in consultancy has afforded him ample opportunities to sharpen his analytical abilities as well as to deepen his understanding of the dynamics of interhuman relations be it in hierarchical, conflictuous, divers, interdependent and/or high performance settings. In his search for further devolopment he founded the RespectResearchGroup, worked in a ThinkTank on how to build a more creative society, and got certified as trainer in a variety of programs on how to improve interhuman understanding and collaboration. He worked with divers clients such as UBS AG, FU Berlin, Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, or Bertelsmann Foundation. He serves as a lecturer at other international universities as well as in programs of executive education.
