As a Head of Re-engineering at the Contract Logistics division of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, I’m globally responsible for warehouse process optimization projects, leading a team of engineers, leading a site improvement program as well as having a global responsibility in rolling out a production system to standardize CL operations and achieve operations excellence. With over 24 years of experience mainly in contract logistics, I have successfully led and developed project managers, managed multiple projects in terms of process improvements, achieving cost savings, increasing productivities and using LEAN methods to achieve operational excellence. I am passionate about improving warehouse operations by increasing efficiency and productivity but also improving quality and delivering cost savings to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction and retention.
